Purchase Policy

You can find information regarding mBuyy's Purchase Policy and various other information that you could find useful in regards to questions you might have regarding our services.


Storage


mBuyy China Warehouse

When items reach mBuyy's China warehouse, we will inspect the items for damages firstly. Once all items in the order has arrived in our warehouse, we will provide FREE repackaging and proceed to ship the items to your preferred shipment method.


mBuyy Office

You would be required to collect the packages from our office within 15 days of package arrival. Otherwise, mBuyy reserves to right to charge MMK 1,000 per 5kg of uncollected items per order per day as late collection fees.


Disposal

Packages that are left uncollected after 30 days will be considered abandoned. mBuyy reserves the right to dispose of any packages that are deemed abandoned without any notice.


Refund Policy


More than 90% of the mistakes with products are usually spotted when the products reach our china warehouse. However, sometimes mistakes with products might go unnoticed or it may happen during international transportation. 


We offer a worry-free return policy to assist on these issues. Compensation or exchanges will be offered for issues that are covered within our Inspection Coverage below. Please take note that issues regarding quality, compatibility, authenticity or functionality related issues are not covered. 


If there is any issues with your orders and you need assistance with a refund claim, please contact us via email at contact@mbuyy.com with your order details and information regarding the order issue. We will reply you within 5 business days once we have checked with our team and the product seller. We will consider the order and products in the order to be in good condition if there is no report of claim within 3 business days of receiving the products. mBuyy reserves the right to reject any claims thereafter.


Compensation for the issues are subjected to our assessment and up to the full insured value. You can refer to Insurance for more information in regards to the insured value.


We are a service provider for overseas purchases and shipment. For issues that are not covered under our inspection coverage, we can try to negotiate with the sellers for any possible alternative solution upon request. Kindly note that we are unable to guarantee any the solution given by the sellers.


Insurance


We offer insurance for your valuables against loss, damage and and other problems listed in Inspection Coverage. However, certain problems might not be covered by inspection.

Due to the unstable situation in Myanmar, customers are recommended to opt-in for insurance to protect against unforeseen situations such as civil war, insurrections, riots, strikes, terrorism, political violences and vehicular damages caused to transport routes as a result of the unstable situations. 

Insurance costs 10% of the total order value inclusive of domestic shipping. Compensation includes :

  • International Shipping Fee


The maximum cap for every insured order is MMK 1,000,000. If you choose not to purchase insurance, the maximum cap for uninsured order is up to 50% of the order or MMK 100,000, whichever is lower.


*For fragile items, insurance does not cover damages caused by insufficient or unsuitable packaging.


Product Coverage


Taobao is the world’s largest C2C online store. Many Taobao sellers are individuals and some of them are amateurs. Occasionally, the sellers may make mistakes such as sending wrong quantity, size or design.


Basic visual inspection covers quantity, color, size, design and obvious visual defects (refer to exclusions and limitations below). We are not liable for issues such as product quality (workmanship, material etc; ), authenticity and functionality related issues. Purchasing insurance does not extend or enhance the inspection coverage.


Exclusions
  • Items in sealed packaging
  • Free Gifts
  • Items smaller than 3cm
  • DIY items which require you to assemble the products (e.g. computer components, furniture etc.)
  • Product Accessories attached to item (e.g. belts, ribbons, buttons, zips etc)
  • Virtual Items (e.g. in-game credit, cd-keys, software)
Limitations

Quantity : We will check the quantity received against the quantity you have ordered. For bulk purchases (quantity of 100 units and above per order), quantity check is 90% accurate.

Color : We will check the general color of the item. Variants in color are considered the same and not covered. 

Size : We will check the label on the items received against the size you have ordered. If there is no label on the item or the size is measured in a different way, we will assume the size is correct. 

Design : We will check the design of the items received against the design you have ordered, however some pictures used on the seller's website are for illustration purposes only. Hence, there might be slight differences.

Obvious Visual Defects : Major obvious defects like visible stain, scratches, tears, holes, dents and damages will be spotted and covered in our basic inspection service, but those products with a poor quality, minor defects, and unobvious/interior defects are not covered. 

Packaging : Damages on product packaging are not covered in our refund policy. If the items are meant as gifts or for re-sale purposes, extra protection on packaging can be requested.

Fragile Items : The risk of damage is higher, we cannot guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition. Original packaging by sellers will not be removed. Due to international transportation, goods of fragile nature are not covered under any insurance coverage. These items include, but are not limited to, glass, chinaware, marbles , mirrors , lampshades , slate, pictures, artwork, etc. 

Compatibility : We are unable to ascertain whether the item bought is compatible for your usage, as the item is shipped from overseas and may have different specifications. For example, money counting machines bought from china might only be able to detect china currency accurately due to different currency from Myanmar.

Contrabrand Items : We are unable to ascertain whether the item bought is considered contrabrand by local custom authorities. As such, we require all customers to exercise their own due diligence in only purchasing items that are legal and allowed by the local customs authorities. Any contrabrand items that are discovered by local custom authorities will be confiscated. We will not provide insurance coverage for such items that are considered contrabrand and no refunds will be issued for items confiscated by local customs authorities.

Live Animals : Please take note that we are not able to purchase any kind of live animals or pets due to customs regulations. 

Returning Items to China


Due to COVID-19 restrictions, items cannot be returned back to China now.


Under normal non-pandemic conditions, mBuyy can help you send your items back to China on your behalf. The charges will be 2,500 Kyats per kg. For those issues not covered in our inspection, you can negotiate with the seller for a solution by yourself or seek assistance from us to negotiate on your behalf. If you need to ship the items back for refund, exchange or repair, you can either ship back by yourself or through us.

We have the right to deny items that may potentially cause customs clearance problems. Items that you request for us to send back to the sellers are not covered under any insurance coverage and customers bear the full risk for any loss of item or damage to items.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
